CORRESPONDENCE: A letter was received regarding update to BC Societies Registration.
NEW BUSINESS: Due to the Covid 19 Virus pandemic started in March, all meetings of the club were suspended. Therefor a motion was made by VE7NEK, and Seconded by VE7CSH to extend the terms of all the club executive and Directors until such time as a full meeting with proper nominations and elections can be held. Motion passed. VE7NEK was instructed to fill in the required registration reports and pay the filing fee to ensure the EKARC society continues.
